Confirmation Email Customization

I'm trying to customize my confirmation email but my Email Campaigns panel doesn't have the Confirmation Page link. When I first refresh the page I can see Confirmation Page under Sender Profiles for a split second before the Free Trial box pops up but then I can't scroll down. 

I don't think I should have to start a free trail to set up this confirmation page especially since I just want to demo the thing. Has this happened to anyone else?

I'm having the same problem.  I have people going to the newsletter signup but nobody is showing up on my mailing list. I need to add a blurb to the confirmation page that says check your email and confirm the subscription. I can't find it anywhere.
