Bedford: Add padding after dropdown navigation items?

I would like to add some space after each item in my dropdown menus, in my site's navigation. The links listed in the dropdowns are wordy, so they're a little hard to read & I'd like to add some space there. Any suggestions?

Hi @tuanphan, do you know if you can also add category heading (for different groups of items of the list) within the dropdown menu?
