Widget Script Disabled

Recommended Posts

Hello,

I am trying to embed a helpdesk widget from FreshDesk into one of our FAQ pages. I have tried turning off the AJAX loading and still getting Script Disabled. Below is the the code, I have no coding experience so any suggestions or resources would be greatly appreciated :)

<script>
    window.fwSettings={
    'widget_id':48000000587
    };
    !function(){if("function"!=typeof window.FreshworksWidget){var n=function(){n.q.push(arguments)};n.q=[],window.FreshworksWidget=n}}()
</script>
<script type='text/javascript' src='https://widget.freshworks.com/widgets/48000000587.js' async defer></script>

You won't see it whilst you are logged in to your Squarespace site.

You'll need to open your website in a private or incognito window so that you can see your site like visitors will. If your Squarespace site isn't live yet go to the Site Visibility settings and configure a password. This will allow you to view the website in the private window.
