Spacing issue

Hi,

I'm about done with my portfolio site: www.kellyabeln.com, but I'd like to tighten up the space between my header and the content of the gallery pages. See where the arrow is in the attached screenshot - I'd like to decrease the space. It's fine once I start scrolling. Also I'd like to increase the size of the page navigations links "illustration, Design" etc.
