Sharing a page that is DRAFT

Recommended Posts

Hello!

I have a page that is in "Draft" mode. How do I share it with my colleagues who need to approve the page before it goes live? I tried copying and pasting the link but the link is not active since it's a draft. I've moved it in the "Review" section but now what? The colleagues either do not have access to the back end or would need assistance on how to find it so I'm looking for a way to send them a link directly to the page. Or other options. Thank you!

Your colleagues must have at least 'Contributor' permissions on the site to see Draft posts. Drafts aren't visible to the public.

If you want to share a standard page with a limited number of people who are not contributors you can set a page password. You can then share the link and the password with them.
