Menu & Banner Image

Hi there,

I am working on this site right now:

As you see, I have several main categories in the menu und a drop down menu.
would like to move the dropdown menu up. So the background colors blend into each other.

I don´t know how to stylse this with css???

The second issue is the banner image. In the category "Persönlichkeitsentwicklung" it works perfectly.
But in all other categories, the banner image doesn´t show the full size and it sits on top of the menu.

I hope somebody can help me out.
