Pop Up Chat Bar

How do you implement a chat bar pop up feature when people log on to your website?  Along with promotional pop ups??  Is there a website that gives code??

I’ve used Drift successfully for chat.  Hubspot also has a good solution. 

If you want more flexibility than the built-in Squarespace pop-up, Hello Bar is a good option.
