Display Index in Main Navigation - Bedford

I distinctly remember one of the templates allowed the index pages to be displayed as links in the main navigation (sort of like anchor links where clicking on them scrolled down to the section), but cannot for the life of me figure out how to turn on that feature or figure out which template has that feature. I'm currently using Bedford since it allows an index. The choice to display the index pages in the main navigation was in Site Styles. Can someone please tell me which template it was or how to turn it on? Thank you in advance.

I know it's possible in the template Pacific. I'm looking for a template that has that feature but also the possibility to enable parallax scrolling. Any one knows a template that allows both?
