Burke Template- How can I not show CART when the Cart is empty?

Hi all,

I am trying to remove the cart from the navigation when it is empty on the Burke template.

Does anyone have a solution?

My site is internationalcreaturesociety.com by the way if someone wants to see what I'm talking about....
