FORMS - Get rid of Address line 2

Question

Hi!! 🙂

I was wondering if there is any way to customize SquareSpace's forms,

I do not like the fact that it asks for a second address line as they is not needed for my website.

What's more, if there any way to customize the address to only ask for a city? Or for the phone number to be in one box?

Thank you in advance!!

If Address Line 2 is optional, not required. You can use CSS to "hide" it. If you share link to form, i can take a look.

If it is required, a bit complicated.

Yeah! here is the form: https://penguin-roadrunner-4c8m.squarespace.com/book-a-service

Password is: Skyfall77

If it is optional field, add to Home > Design > Custom CSS

div#block-yui_3_17_2_1_1574967150378_10732 .field.address2 {
    display: none;
}
