How to customize AMP?

Hi Guys,

I reallly would love to use AMP for my blog, but there are some things that don't work.

According to European Law the Link of my Imprint has to be displayed and users have to agree for the cookies. Both is not part of AMP in Squarespace. 
Another problem is that the ads are not displayed

What can I do?
