Show Gallery Block Carousel Titles

I'm trying to make a 'shop' page pretty on my blog, but it's not a shop of my own products. It's a collection of products and items from retailers that I want to showcase as my favorite products, featured on one 'shop' (index) page. 

I am using unlisted galleries to upload the images with click-through links, and on the actual 'shop' index page I am using an image gallery carousel block to show the galleries separated as 'categories' of my favorite products. 

I want to be able to show the title and description of each image in the carousel gallery block, as they contain the product name and the price of each item. Is this possible using the image gallery carousel block?

Furthermore, is it possible to list the title and description neatly below each image using a carousel gallery, like it would show on a stacked gallery?

I would really appreciate some help with this!
