7.1 Mobile Nav With Cart Stacking Issue

My navigation on mobile is being absolutely bizarre on phones despite the preview on my desktop showing otherwise. Anyone know a solution to this issue?

7.1 is a bit buggy at the moment. I would alter support and they will pass the issue onto the development team.
