Scaling SVG for Mobile Screens

Hi everyone! 

I have added an SVG to my splash page: thelazydogcreates.co

It looks fine on desktop and tablet, but the SVG on mobile is too small. I'd like to increase the size on mobile.

I'm not very familiar with code, so any help would be much appreciated. This is the code I have in place currently, pulled from Adobe Illustrator:
