remf Posted November 21, 2019 Share Posted November 21, 2019 Is it possible (and if so how) for a customer to fill out a form, and then when clicking "create/send" it creates a specific dialogue with me (commerce site owner). It would almost be like a support ticket - so back and forth can be seen as one continuous stream rather than in emails. Thanks in advance Link to comment
