Help to add additional image/link to Brine/Rally header

Hi - I'm looking for some help to add an additional logo/link to my header top.

I want to add an image/link to every page of my site along side the title logo - see attached image

I'm using Rally template and have used up both navigation (horizontally separated on left side), logo top center and cart on right top of header

I'd like to call out a special event with a 2nd logo image and link in the top center block of the header (along side of the title logo).

If I had another navigation block I could add a single button element but I don't know of any other option. Code injection is OK
