Background colour blocks for text... help!

Hiya, just wondering if anyone is able to advise how to get this look for a header text? The block colour behind the text. I love the look and can't figure out what terms to search for here... Thanks in advance.

Thank you! Thats so helpful. In the future if I wanted to also insert that style across other segments of the site - is there a way for me to find out what the block is? I am assuming that links to the location of the text to add the custom code to..
