Embedded Form in code block won't resize for mobile

Hi.

I have embedded some forms on a website using the styled HTML code (from Infusionsoft keap). I've tried different CSS to target the forms and make them responsive on mobile devices but I can't find the right code. The input fields and button are hanging of the screen.

Can anyone help?

I see fine here. Do you still need help?

Starting at about 1100px and down to 868px or so I'm seeing some of the content being cut off.
