Disable Quantity (make read only) on Cart Summary and Check out pages?

Greetings - I'm looking for a way to make the "quantity" text box on the Cart Summary and Check out pages "read-only".

I added this code to the "Cart Summary" page, which seems to work...

.CartTableRow-itemQuantity-LwuRx {
    pointer-events: none !important;
}

...but I cannot make it work for the final "Check out" page.

 (attached and marked areas I'd like to be "read only")

You can't use custom code (CSS/JS..) for Checkout Page.
