Wells Template - images width to width

Hey all, new here! 

I currently have the Wells Template and have what might be a simple question. 

Looking to have my images be width to width on a computer screen. I am organizing the photos with a folder and then a blank page. See below! I'd love to remove as much white / negative space as possible.

Set the Site Width to 100% and Outer Padding to 20px.
To position the header you can use CSS:

#header {
              margin-top: 40px;
              margin-left: 20px;
}
