Reduce White Space Between Navigation Menu and Content

I apologize if this questions is redundant. In the past I used to just Google the questions and answers but it seems like Squarespace changed everything. I am using the Bedford template. I want to reduce the white space between the navigation menu and the main content. How do I do that.
