For the past 24 hours I've been trying to link a few products to product blocks on my website. I'm experiencing two problems: 1) I am unable to associate products to product blocks. When presented with the popup box and the "search products" tool, I copy and paste the exact product name into the text field, but Squarespace is unable to find the product. 2) On a couple of occasions, the system was able to find the product page, but is associating the wrong image to the product. In these instances, I went back to the product page and verified the images, so I know that the system is in error. Any thoughts on how to resolve this? I've sent two emails to Squarespace, but haven't heard back from them. Thanks! Link to comment

carbureted Posted November 14, 2019 Author Share Posted November 14, 2019 I got a response to issue #2 from squarespace: check the thumbnail image under the product page's "options" tab. Still no resolution to issue #1. I was able to add a product yesterday, but I'm not sure why it worked that time, as I followed the same procedures. Perhaps there was a technical glitch on their side that was resolved. Link to comment
matttipton Posted June 16, 2020 Share Posted June 16, 2020 I'm having this issue in all three functional internet browsers and have deleted cache, browsing history and restarted computer twice. Super frustrating. Still not showing me any updated or added products. PLEASE HELP!! Link to comment

I have too many products to add as new and delete unwanted just for an image. Link to comment
