Product Block Issues

Recommended Posts

Hi,

I hope someone can give me some advice. For the past 24 hours I've been trying to link a few products to product blocks on my website. I'm experiencing two problems:

1) I am unable to associate products to product blocks. When presented with the popup box and the "search products" tool, I copy and paste the exact product name into the text field, but Squarespace is unable to find the product.

2) On a couple of occasions, the system was able to find the product page, but is associating the wrong image to the product. In these instances, I went back to the product page and verified the images, so I know that the system is in error.

Any thoughts on how to resolve this? I've sent two emails to Squarespace, but haven't heard back from them.

Thanks!

I got a response to issue #2 from squarespace: check the thumbnail image under the product page's "options" tab.

Still no resolution to issue #1. I was able to add a product yesterday, but I'm not sure why it worked that time, as I followed the same procedures. Perhaps there was a technical glitch on their side that was resolved.
