Can't access template store

Hi,

I would like to change my template (currently I am on Version 7.0– Avenue family (Avenue template)) but whenever I hit the button "INSTALL NEW TEMPLATE", I am seeing a black screen (screenshot attached) and nothing happens anymore. 

I contacted the support and they obviously can access the template store from within my account: https://share.squarespace.com/92f28289b468 

I have checked all these points (https://support.squarespace.com/hc/en-us/articles/115004581087) on 3 different computers with 3 different browsers, without any success. I am always seeing the black screen. 😞

Then I signed up for a trail version and I am able to access the template store from my computers. Which means to me that the problem should not be on my end.

The support desk says that the issue must be on my end, because they can access as the video shows, but this is not really helping me in any way. 

Does anyone has an idea or maybe even a solution how to fix it? If so, I would very much appreciate to hear/ read it.

You might try adding yourself (at another email address) as an admin, then logging in through that account to see if you can access it?

Thanks, that's a great idea but meanwhile the issue seems to be solved. At least I am able to access the template shop again since this morning. :-)
