How to delete Footer Top and Middle blocks in Brine

Yes. v7.0 is an old version of SS so is unlikely to see major advances in how it works.

Sure you may get the occasional new block and bug fixes to maintain what it currently is. You are unlikely to see changes to the layout editor and the major sections available. Nor changes to the tweaks that change those major sections.

v7.1 is the current version.

Now to be clear. There is nothing wrong with v7.0, if you can live with the limitations of an old version of SS. It does have some compelling features. But you have to decide which version is right for the task at hand.
