Hide non-linked blog page from search but show custom summary blog page?

Hi, I've created a page with several summary blocks to show blog posts in my preferred layout. This means the "actual" blog page is behind the scenes in the Not Linked section. (The reason I created the custom page was that my preferred layout customizations were not possible on a regular blog page in the template I'm using.)

I'm wondering if it's possible to hide that non-linked page from search results while still having the individual post pages indexed? (So if someone searched site title + blog they'd get the custom blog page instead of the non-linked behind-the-scenes blog, but individual posts would still show up in search results.) (Here's my custom page, and here's the non-linked blog page.)

You can redirect  non-linked page to your regular page.
