Wells Template and Scrolling

Hello! I am working with the Wells template and I am stuck on the Gallery design layout. Instead of the option to click <> between images as a slideshow i'd ideally love to have people scroll down. For all my clicking and playing around, the thumbnail option is the only one with the scrolling capability but I don't care for the two images in a row. Anything I can do? 

Side note, I searched the forum to see if anyone has had a similar question and found quite a few that had been taken down?
