I solved the text color issue.

Thanks @tuanphan, my client decided against having the calendar - so will tackle it for next time!

Hey I'm trying to accomplish this same thing, I've used two different codes - one from Ghost Plugins and the original posted here by @tuanphan.

What reason would this not work for me? The CSS does not create any changes to my event summary, even after changing the color values. I am on 7.0 Brine template.
