Anchor links working in edit mode but not in live mode

I have added some anchor links to a page so that when an image is clicked, it directs traffic to a certain point on another page where the embedded code has been placed.

When I am editing and adding the links and click the image, this works. However, when I test it from my mobile device or on a different web browser, the link just takes me to to the top of the page each time.

Attached are the two pieces of code (one on the image) and the other on the page at the location I want the traffic to land.

So I've done some testing on my own website and I've found the solution.

At the moment you are linking to /macro-cookbook#pepperoni you will need to change this so it includes your websites full URL.

So the link should look like  https://www.yourwebsite.com/macro-cookbook#pepperoni instead of just /macro-cookbook#pepperoni
