Adjust Banner height in Impact (Brine Template)

Hi There,

I am designing a website in IMPACT, which uses the BRINE master template. I would like to know how to reduce the depth of the banner, and to fix it so that its proportions are constrained. Basically, just like the banner is on this website: https://bespokebookcovers.com/.  Currently, when I reduce the size of my browser, my banner stays the same depth. I want it to shrink like on the book cover website.  So yes, I want to REDUCE the depth of the banner, and then fix it so it scales down as I resize the browser window.
