Images Not Showing Up in Google

I’ve had a website for four or five months and none of my images show up in Google.  I’ve added seo tags and regular tags but my images will not show up in searches, how can I get them to show up?

Have you submitted your site to Google Search Console?

I'd recommend checking that

1. your images are optimized for file size
2. your images are optimized for SEO (file name and alt tags)
3. you've submitted your site to Google (as @ThompsonWebDesign suggests above)

If that's the case, then work on getting backlinks to your website and increasing your overall search rank.
