Bilingual E-Commerce Site

Hi Everyone.. 

I'm having SO much trouble creating a bilingual e-commerce site. Does anyone know how to do it? I have my main nav in english and my secondary nav in fr. That's as far as I've gotten... any help would be appreciated. I'd also be willing to pay someone if they can do it. The store is only 9 items.

You can create a great bilingual website without commerce, but if it's much more difficult to do this if you need to use commerce features. That’s because you cannot translate the checkout or the commerce emails. There are essentially three options right now:

1. Build two sites on two Squarespace subscriptions, each one configured for one of the supported languages (English, French, German, Italian, Portuguese or Spanish).

2. Use a third-party commerce service that does have a translated checkout option, for example Shopify.

3. Use a third-party translation service like Weglot, that can translate your store through their own platform. This will translate the web pages, cart and checkout, but cannot translate the commerce emails as these are generated by Squarespace. For more information on this, see my post here:
