How to create a new category compiled of existing product from multiple product pages

Hi there,

I cannot figure out how to create a new 'edit' or category of product for Christmas gifts. I want to compile pages consisting of existing products suggested as gifts under £50, over £50 etc. We have multiple product pages so I don't think we can add a new category classification (to the product listing its-self) which will contain product from separate product pages.
