Evenly space text links side by side without stacking on mobile

Hi y'all. I'm trying to create a mini-menu on one of my pages. Basically I have four text links next to each other on a textblock. I'd like to know how to keep them evenly spaced and prevent vertical stacking when viewed on tablet and mobile?

It seems fairly simple, but I can't figure it out.

I can't share the URL because it's for a private client. Can you share the code without it? Or at least the concept that it requires? I understand the basics of coding and CSS, but I'm not sure what I need to do.

After the main banner image, where it has the text links "Community" Workspace" and "Programming". Basically I would like to recreate this except without bullets and some more spacing in between.
