Pulling header/footer files, linking to a hosted app with a subdomain?

Hi everyone!

I have a client with a hosted calculator application that we need to link to our site. They've done this previously with the app on Wordpress: https://secondunitcentersmc.org/calculator/

I'm currently building a site for a similar initiative for them in Moksha.

Here's what their calculator developer said:

**

The ADU Calculator is a hosted application. We've built the tool on Google's Angular front end technologies and Heroku servers. The calculator loads each client's data configuration and HTML header and footer files.

We have you set up at sonomanapa.aducalculator.org. Alternatively, you can set up your own subdomain to point to us with a CNAME record in your DNS settings. Let me know if you want to go this route.

For branding/customization we load in html header and footer files that you provide. Right now we are supporting pure html/css in the header.

What is my best option for Squarespace given the above? How do I get this calculator on this page of my site (https://northbayadu.squarespace.com/calculator - password is northbay)?

Would I use Developer Mode to pull the header and footer files, they would recreate on the hosted app page, the I'd setup a subdomain redirect? Do I have other options?

I'd love help with understanding what's possible and how to make this happen! If this requires something that I cant do on my own, I'd love to hire a developer that can help me.

Thanks!Jennie
