How to remove mobile nav bar in Harris?

Under the Pages section, I've moved all my pages from the Main Navigation to the Not Linked section. However, on mobile display, the hamburger nav menu still appears even though it contains zero menu items. I would like to remove the hamburger menu nav icon from the mobile display. I am using the Harris template.

I've tried out different codes from various solutions addressed to this problem, but none of them work on Harris. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
