AmyGrets Posted September 17, 2019 Posted September 17, 2019 (edited) I'm not able to find a way to manually modify a customer order after it's been placed like a wrong ship-to address or a quantity update or they changed their mind and want to remove a product and replace it with something else.Do they have to submit an entirely new order and have this first one canceled?Any help?thanks Edited September 17, 2019 by AmyGrets Initial Revision mockae 1
siweisong Posted May 1, 2020 Posted May 1, 2020 If Squarespace doesn't allow you to set discount based on quantity, or bundles, the least they can do is allow people to edit the invoice manually to reflect the discounted price... mockae and rsayer 2

When we mis-type a customer's name, we have to live with it - why risk getting an entire order cancelled by having them re-do the order? There should be some over-ride ability to change an order. swood06 and mockae 2
