Modify / edit customer orders

I'm not able to find a way to manually modify a customer order after it's been placed like a wrong ship-to address or a quantity update or they changed their mind and want to remove a product and replace it with something else.Do they have to submit an entirely new order and have this first one canceled?Any help?thanks

We also take customer orders over the phone and enter the info for them. When we mis-type a customer's name, we have to live with it - why risk getting an entire order cancelled by having them re-do the order?  There should be some over-ride ability to change an order.
