squarespace:block-field label with accents gets 500 server error

Hi!,

I'm developing a squarespace site and I've been one or two months without using the local server until today and I was unable to serve a page that worked fine last time I used it.

Finally I managed to make it work again and it seems to be some problem with the squarespace:block-field when the label has accents in the translation files I've removed all the accents in strings/*.json and works fine again

In order to see what is failing I launched the local server with squarespace-server {site url} --directory=./build --log-level=DEBUG --verbose --auth

(It seems that the --log-level argument doesn't work well with npm nor npx)

Which show me all the transactions that makes the local server, and when it make request for fetching the block-fields with the labels, the accent characters where missing (Introducción => Introduccon)
