Some of my products are not loading properly

One of my customer discovered an issue with my products pages:

Some of my products (not all) don't show the description and the Add to Cart button. When I add more than one images and when the window is expended to full length it disappearsThis happens only on desktop computers or lap tops, not on mobiles or ipads.

This is only happened 2 weeks ago, Ive never had any issues prior and I haven't changed any codings etc...

I need this to be fixed, I've sent multiple emails to Squarespace team to not avail. can someone help me please!I'm losing sales

For anyone having the same problem

After looking into it for many days I have set up my entire website to "site vertical alignment : top" instead of "site vertical alignment : middle" and that seems to do the trick
