Why is it impossible to contact Squarespace directly? ,

Why is it impossible to contact Squarespace directly? , they say contact by email or live chat but those don't exist, why the lie? Every attempt to contact is blocked one way or another. IF they don't want direct contact, why claim the ability? Far to frustrating to deal with Squarespace. Moving on and looking elsewhere.

@Jamaer – I don't understand, are the options to contact Squarespace not appearing after you select from the drop-downs on the Contact page?

all I get are directions to FAQ type responses or forums, no ability to interact with a person. Also if I click on the email / chat option on the no-reply email I was sent, it only sends me to the contact page and I'm back to square 1 and unable to contact someone. The contact page does not allow for contacting a human being. This response is the only time I've been able to contact anyone.

Same problem with their facebook page, can't get to a person, can't message "Squarespace". Why the complete disconnect the world?

Will do, so far this company seems completely uninterested in whom they serve or may serve. Looking to B12, I posted a question, they called within a couple hours and are calling back again today to follow up. Much better customer service.
