Getting Text and Image Block to Maintain Shape and Resize Together (Desktop to Mobile)

Hey there,

I am trying to replicate a detail from the following website www.mixd.co.uk where the text and line connecting to the pencil image move together in the same position when resizing the page, consequently changing image and text position as it reduces to tablet and mobile size.

I have tried everything, but not succeeding. If anyone can help, it would be amazing.
