My website contains two scroll bars. How do I get rid of one of them?

Do anyone know why my website contains two scroll bars? It seems like it only appears on google chrome (on phone too), but not on Internet Explorer. It's like there's one scroll bar for the website in squarespace, and another one for the browser and site, if that makes any sense.. It also appears even though I'm browsing as a guest, but I contacted support, but he/she didn't see two scroll bars on he's/she's end.

@KennethEMHenjum You're welcome. I think the problem is due to this template. Recently I also have 2 clients who have this problem.
