Skye: changing the Blog Post Item Title

Hello, I have uploaded custom fonts on H1 and H3 and it's working. I can't figure out how to get the code right to also change my blog post titles. Can't find any code working with the Skye template. Any ideas? Thanks so much!

However, I was referring to the Blog Post Title Font, not the Item Title Font. The Blog Post Title Font is the title displayed below each blog post thumbnail on the main page. Do you happen to know how to change this font as well?
