Remove item from Summary Block in Rally Template

Hi there,

I'm working on transferring a website over to the Rally template, and I would like to add a summary block at the bottom of certain pages for users to link to related posts or similar products. I can do this part no problem, but the issue I'm having is being able to exclude the product/post that the summary block will be featured on. It doesn't make sense for it to be included when using the summary block this way.

Does anyone have custom CSS for this?
