Please help - account may have been compromised? Cannot reach tech support?

**I guess one of the things that I thought you got was 24 hour tech support with Squarespace but I am finding out that they respond via email like 2 days later which does me no good. And if you get put in cue to chat - I have held as long as 45 minutes with the cue notification telling me that I was only 5 in line - which is obviously not correct.

Can one of you experts in the forum tell me how to raise someone in support now or do you have a way to have them email or text me. An account being compromised is a very serious situation and having said such, there should be some type of 24/7 support at least for emergencies like this. If not, please advise and I will close my Squarespace account.

Another issue - in my blog, I am the only person that can blog, no one else and I have no restrictions on my blog whatsoever. What could the hold up be?
