Quote Request form

Hey there, I have a website a built on weebly but I find it incredibly glitchy so giving squarespace a shot for my next project. Just learning to navigate SS and liking it so far though having issues with the contact me quote page. It's for a different company but I want it to basically look the same as it does on my landscaping site and want to be able to forward quote request to multiple emails. Any input here would be great.
