Fixed "bottom" header on Mojave

Hey guys, need some help creating a "fixed" bottom header on Mojave. I have created a video background full screen hero section, and I like the header showing onto of it, which it does while putting navigation and social links onto the "bottom" or "lower" or "secondary" section of the header. However, I have not been able to find a code that is designated to make this section of the header be "fixed" upon scroll.
