I want to email squarespace support, but my questions aren't among those provided with their dropdown menu

I need Squarespace to tell me my IP number so I can edit my domain managing page which is currently being managed by Go Daddy. At the moment, without making this fix (which GoDaddy just suggested) people can't Access my website as they always have in the past. the only way they can access it now is by going to https://MYFIRSTNAME.MYLASTNAME..squarespace.com/?r=A BUNCH OF NUMBERS.

I'm sure this could easily be fixed if I could only talk to a Squarespace support person, but I believe that kind of support is no longer available. So I need help in contacting the appropriate person or persons by email. Thank you – Lloyd

I had the same problem so I went 'Live Chat' instead and the support was excellent. Good luck.
