Creating a link to a tag in text

Hello all,

Here is what I'm trying to do. For my website, readers need to read multiple blog posts to understand them all (it's fiction). What I want is to be able to put a link to all articles tagged with a specific tag in the text.

Example: I write an article about a robot called Machine Man. The first time Machine Man is mentioned, his name is in a slightly different text, and if you click that name, it brings up a page where every article with the Machine Man tag is visible. What is the easiest way to do this? I have spent the last hour trying to figure out but no luck.
