shelleykmyers Posted August 26, 2019 Share Posted August 26, 2019 I would like to have a nice white bar at top with title and navigation in black visible on top of white background - It appears to have the opaque white bar but then when viewed full screen on a desktop view it has transparent box and type/navigation is not legible. alt text graphic artist who is trying to make web sites!!!!!!
