How do i correct this routing problem? Visitor messages submitted via my website "Contact" page are being forwarded to the wrong email even though the correct email is shown on the contact page. paul2009 Posted August 25, 2019 Share Posted August 25, 2019 To send form submissions to a different email address, use the following steps: 1. Edit the Form. 2. Click on the Storage tab of the form editor. 3. Click the 'X' icon next to the email address that currently appears. 4. Enter a different email address. 5. Click Connect. The address field will display Sending to when it's successfully connected. 6. Click Apply to save your changes. If this doesn't help contact Squarespace Customer Care.
